– 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, finely chopped
– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper
– 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Place the lamb in a roasting pan.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, Dijon mustard, honey, and pepper. Rub the mixture all over the lamb.

4. Sprinkle the salt over the lamb.
