1 fresh ham, about 12 pounds

1/4 cup garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh ginger, minced

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup orange juice

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon ground black pepper


1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2. Place ham in a roasting pan with a lid.

3. In a small bowl, combine garlic, ginger, olive oil, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, orange juice, red wine vinegar, and black pepper. Mix together until well combined.

4. Rub the mixture all over the ham.

5. Cover the roasting pan with the lid and place in the oven.

6. Bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, or until the internal temperature of the ham reaches 140 degrees.

7. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
