Ingredients

1 10- to 12-pound bone-in, shank-end ham
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
2. Place the ham cut-side-down in a large roasting pan.
3. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, honey, and mustard and stir until blended.
4. Spread the glaze all over the ham, using a rubber spatula, and place it in the oven.
5. Bake for about 2 1/2 hours, basting every 20 to 30 minutes with the accumulated juices in the bottom of the pan and the glaze.
