– 8-10 pound fully cooked ham
– 1-2 cups of pineapple juice
– 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons of honey
– 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
– 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
– 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
– 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
– 1/2 cup of crushed pineapple


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Place ham in a roasting pan and pour pineapple juice over it.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, ground cloves, ground nutmeg, and ground cinnamon.

4. Spread the mixture over the ham, making sure to coat it evenly.

5. Bake the ham for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting every 15 minutes with the pineapple juice.

6. Remove the ham from the oven and spread the crushed pineapple over it.

7. Bake the ham for an additional 15 minutes, or until it is heated through and the pineapple is slightly caramelized.

8. Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
