1 pound catfish fillets
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Place the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper and salt in a shallow bowl and combine.
3. Dip the catfish fillets in the flour mixture, coating both sides.
4. Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Place the catfish fillets in the hot skillet and cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through.
6. Transfer the catfish fillets to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
