-2 lbs. of catfish fillets
-1 cup of self-rising flour
-1 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1 teaspoon of onion powder
-1 teaspoon of paprika
-1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
-1 teaspoon of salt
-2 cups of vegetable oil for frying


1. Begin by cleaning and preparing the catfish. Rinse the fillets and pat them dry with paper towels. Cut the fillets into small portions if desired.

2. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix these ingredients together until they are evenly distributed.
