Ingredients

– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 tablespoon of butter
– 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
– 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
– 1 1/2 pounds of fresh blue fish fillets

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

2. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic.

3. Place the fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the fish fillets, then drizzle with olive oil and dot with butter.

5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.

6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and lemon juice.

7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
