1 lb lump crab meat

2 eggs

2 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tsp dijon mustard

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup celery, finely chopped

1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped

1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, eggs, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, red onion, celery, parsley, panko breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.

3. Mix together until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

4. Take about 2 tablespoons of the crab mixture and shape into a patty.

5. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crab cakes are golden brown.

7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
