Ingredients
– 2/3 cup mayonnaise
– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
– 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
– 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
– 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 2 large eggs
– 1 pound lump crabmeat
– 1/2 cup finely diced celery
– 1/2 cup finely diced red bell pepper
– 2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
– 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, parsley, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Mix well and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add the crabmeat, celery, bell pepper, and panko bread crumbs and mix well.
4. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the crab mixture and mix until combined.
5. Form the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
6. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Place the crab cakes in the skillet and cook on each side until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
7. Transfer the crab cakes to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
