– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 1 lb. flank steak, trimmed and cut into thin strips
– 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 2-3 tablespoons honey
– 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
– 2 cups vegetables of your choice (broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, mushrooms, etc.)


1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat.

2. Add the beef strips, ginger, and garlic to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until the beef is lightly browned, about 2 minutes.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Pour the mixture over the beef and stir to combine.
