3-4 lbs corned beef brisket
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon pickling spice
3 cups water


1. Place the corned beef brisket into a slow cooker.

2. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, bay leaves, black peppercorns, mustard seeds, ground cloves, ground allspice, and pickling spice. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the top of the corned beef.

3. Pour the water into the slow cooker, making sure to completely cover the brisket.

4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the corned beef is tender.

5. Once the corned beef is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.


Serve the corned beef with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a salad. Enjoy!
