– 2 lbs of beef neck bones
– 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon of onion powder
– 1 teaspoon of paprika
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– Salt and pepper
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 celery stalks, diced
– 2 carrots, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, chopped
– 2 cups beef broth


1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2. Place the beef neck bones in a large bowl. Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika over the beef neck bones. Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together so the beef neck bones are evenly coated in the spices.
