Ingredients

– 1 lb. beef liver
– Salt & pepper
– 1 tbsp. butter
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup onion, diced
– 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
– 2 tbsp. olive oil
– 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

Instructions

1. Start by seasoning the liver with salt and pepper.

2. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and onions and cook for about 2 minutes, or until the onions are soft and translucent.

3. Add the liver to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the liver is browned and cooked through.

4. Add the parsley, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar to the skillet and cook for another minute or two.

5. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
