Ingredients:

– 2 beef hearts
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 cup beef broth

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Pat the beef hearts dry with paper towels.

3. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Add the beef hearts to the skillet and brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

5. Remove the beef hearts from the skillet and set aside.

6. Add the diced onion, garlic, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.

7. Return the beef hearts to the skillet and pour in the beef broth.

8. Cover the skillet and place in the preheated oven.

9. Bake for 1 hour, or until the beef hearts are tender.

10. Remove the skillet from the oven and let the beef hearts rest for 10 minutes before serving.
