– 4-5 pounds of beef back ribs
– 1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce
– 1/2 cup of soy sauce
– 1/4 cup of brown sugar
– 1/4 cup of garlic powder
– Salt and pepper


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place the ribs onto a foil-lined baking sheet.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Rub the sauce mixture all over the ribs.
5. Cover the ribs with foil and bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
6. Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes, or until the ribs are tender and the sauce is thick and sticky.
7. Serve the ribs with your favorite sides.
