Ingredients Needed
– Steak of your choice (ribeye, sirloin, filet mignon, etc.)
– Salt
– Pepper
– Olive oil
– Large skillet
– Plate
Instructions
1. Take the steak out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before cooking so it can come to room temperature.
2. Pat the steak dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.
3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
