– 1 onion, minced

– 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon of paprika
– ½ cup of beer

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt.

3. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2 minutes.

4. Add the brats to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.

5. Cook the brats for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are browned on the outside.

6. Add the Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and beer to the skillet.
