Instructions

1. Start by washing your cauliflower. Make sure to remove any dirt and debris.

2. Cut the cauliflower into small florets.

3. Place the florets in a food processor and pulse until it resembles the texture of rice. If you do not have a food processor, you can use a box grater to grate the cauliflower into rice-sized pieces.

4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and the riced cauliflower.

5. Saute for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the cauliflower is tender.

6. Add any desired seasonings and continue to cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Serving
