Sauteed Swiss Chard


– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
– 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
– 2 bunches Swiss chard, stems and leaves chopped


Step 1: Prep the Ingredients

Begin by prepping your ingredients. Mince the garlic and set aside. Chop the Swiss chard stems and leaves and set aside.

Step 2: Heat the Olive Oil

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano, thyme, and sea salt. Stir to combine and cook for 1 minute.
