• 2 whole fresh tilapia, about 1 pound each
• 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• 2 lemons, cut into wedges
• Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)


1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Rinse the tilapia under cold, running water and pat dry with a paper towel.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, sea salt, oregano, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
4. Place the tilapia on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Brush the tilapia with the oil and spice mixture and then arrange the lemon wedges around the sides of the fish.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
7. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the fish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve with the roasted lemon wedges. Enjoy!
