How To Cook Wagyu

-1 pound of Wagyu beef
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-Salt and pepper
-Herbs and spices of your choice
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Pat the beef dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper, as well as any herbs and spices.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Place the beef in the skillet and brown on all sides, about 5 minutes per side.
5. Transfer the beef to a baking dish.
