2 venison tenderloins
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Fresh herbs (optional)


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Rinse the tenderloins under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

3. Rub the tenderloins with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. If desired, add fresh herbs such as rosemary or thyme.
