How To Cook Tuna

All you need to know about: How To Cook Tuna.

Step 1: Preparing the Tuna

Before you start cooking the tuna, you’ll need to properly prepare it. Start by washing the tuna with cold water and patting it dry with a paper towel. Next, cut the tuna into cubes or slices, depending on how you plan to cook it.

Step 2: Marinating the Tuna

Now it’s time to marinate the tuna. To do this, combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl, such as olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, garlic, and salt and pepper. Place the tuna cubes or slices in the marinade, making sure to coat them evenly. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Step 3: Cooking the Tuna

Once the tuna has marinated, it’s time to start cooking. There are several ways to cook tuna, depending on your preference.

If you want to grill the tuna, preheat your grill to high heat. Place the tuna on the grill, and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side.

If you want to sauté the tuna, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of oil to the skillet, and then add the tuna. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, flipping the tuna halfway through.

If you want to bake the tuna, preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Place the tuna on a greased baking sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Step 4: Serving the Tuna

Once the tuna is cooked, it’s ready to serve. Serve the tuna with cooked vegetables, rice, or potatoes, and enjoy.
