Ingredients

1 whole trout (gutted, scaled, and cleaned)
1 lemon
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Place the trout on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3. Cut the lemon into thin slices and place them inside the trout.

4. Peel and finely chop the garlic and add it to the trout.

5. Add the butter, olive oil, salt and pepper to the trout.

6. Place the trout in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.

7. Remove the trout from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

8. Serve the trout with a side of your favorite vegetables. Enjoy!
