– 2-3 pound top round London broil
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
– 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
– ½ teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, thyme, and paprika.

3. Place the London broil in a baking dish and rub the mixture all over the meat.
