– 2 tilapia fillets
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/4 teaspoon paprika
– Lemon wedges (optional)


1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add olive oil to the skillet.

3. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika on both sides of the tilapia fillets.

4. Place the tilapia fillets in the hot skillet.

5. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

6. Serve with lemon wedges and your favorite sides. Enjoy!
