Ingredients
– 1 kg freshly caught squid
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
– 2 tablespoons fresh basil, finely chopped
– 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, finely chopped
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Rinse the squid and pat dry with paper towel.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4. Add the squid and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring often.
5. Add the parsley, basil, oregano, and lemon juice.
6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring often.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
