-Prime Rib Roast (4-6 lbs)
-2 tablespoons of kosher salt
-2 tablespoons of black pepper
-2 tablespoons of garlic powder
-1/4 cup of olive oil


1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Rub the roast with olive oil and season with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

3. Place the roast in a roasting pan with a roasting rack.

4. Place the roasting pan on the middle rack of the preheated oven and cook the roast for 1 hour.

5. Reduce the oven temperature to 325 degrees F.

6. Cook the roast for an additional 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until the internal temperature of the roast reaches 135 degrees F.

7. Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
