All you need to know about: How To Cook Stuffing In The Oven.

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 1 small onion, chopped
– 2 stalks celery, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
– 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon dried sage
– 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
– 2 cups chicken broth
– 1/2 cup dry white wine
– 4 cups dry bread cubes
– 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
– 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
– 1/4 cup dried cranberries
– 2 large eggs, lightly beaten

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the onion, celery, and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Sprinkle the flour, poultry seasoning, pepper, sage, and thyme over the vegetables and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Gradually add the chicken broth and wine, stirring until the mixture is smooth. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, parsley, walnuts, and cranberries. Pour the vegetable mixture over the bread and stir to combine. Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.

5. Stir the eggs into the bread mixture until combined. Transfer the stuffing to the prepared baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.

6. Bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the top is golden brown. Serve hot.
