How To Cook Stuffed Salmon

1 whole salmon, filleted
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, zested and juiced
4 ounces cream cheese
4 ounces feta cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh dill
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt, to taste


Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cut the salmon fillets into four even pieces.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon zest and juice, cream cheese, feta cheese, parsley, dill, chives, black pepper, cayenne pepper and salt until well combined.

Take a piece of the salmon and spread some of the cream cheese mixture onto it. Roll the salmon up, starting from the thicker end, and set aside.

Continue with the remaining salmon fillets.

Place the stuffed salmon onto a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the filling is lightly browned.


Serve the stuffed salmon warm with a side of your favorite vegetables or a salad. Enjoy!
