6 bell peppers
1 pound ground beef
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Cut the tops off of the bell peppers, and remove the seeds and membranes.

3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef, onion, and celery. Drain off the fat.

4. Stir in the cooked rice, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, chili powder, pepper, and salt.

5. Spoon the mixture into the bell pepper shells, and place in a 9×13 inch baking dish.

6. Cover, and bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the bell peppers are tender.
