Ingredients:

– 2-3 pounds of stew meat
– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 large onion, chopped
– 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
– 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
– 2 bay leaves
– 2 cups of beef broth
– 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
– 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Place the stew meat in a bowl and sprinkle it with the flour. Toss the meat until it is evenly coated.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onion, and cook until the onion is soft and translucent.

3. Add the floured meat to the pot and brown on all sides.

4. Add the thyme, rosemary, bay leaves, beef broth, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.

5. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. Cover the pot and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.

6. Season the stew with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Serve hot with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
