How To Cook Stew Meat By Itself

Ingredients

– 2 pounds of stew meat
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 2 cups beef broth
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 2 bay leaves
– 2 potatoes, cut into cubes
– 2 carrots, cut into cubes
– 1 onion, cut into cubes
– 1 cup frozen green peas

Instructions

1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the stew meat to the pot and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika to the pot and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring often.
4. Pour the beef broth into the pot and stir to combine.
5. Add the Worcestershire sauce and bay leaves, stirring to combine.
6. Add the potatoes, carrots, and onion to the pot and bring to a boil.
7. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Add the frozen green peas and simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
