-2-3 pounds of pork spare ribs
-2 tablespoons of garlic powder
-1 tablespoon of onion powder
-1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
-1 tablespoon of brown sugar
-1 teaspoon of cumin
-1 teaspoon of black pepper
-1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
-1/2 teaspoon of thyme
-1/3 cup of BBQ sauce


1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F).
2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, cumin, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and thyme.
3. Rub the mixture all over the ribs.
4. Place the ribs on the preheated grill and cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
5. Reduce the heat to low and cook for another 30 to 45 minutes, turning occasionally.
6. Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, or until the ribs are cooked through.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
