How To Cook Spa

– 2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
– 2 eggs
– 2 tablespoons of butter
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup of shredded cheese (optional)


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
2. In a large pot, bring to a boil enough water to cover the potatoes. Add the potatoes and boil for 8-10 minutes, until they are tender. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until they are soft and fragrant.
4. Add the potatoes to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Crack the eggs into the skillet and stir to combine. Cook until the eggs are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
6. Add the shredded cheese, if desired, and mix to combine.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Transfer the spa to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden and crispy.
