– 4 soft shell crabs

– 2 tablespoons butter
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Drizzle the oil and butter into the skillet.
3. Once the oil and butter have melted, add the soft shell crabs to the skillet.
4. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the shells are golden brown and crispy.
