Ingredients

– 1-2 lbs of fresh snapper fillets, with the skin on
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons of butter
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Lemon wedges, for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

2. Rinse and pat dry the snapper fillets.

3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

5. Add the snapper fillets to the skillet, skin-side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the skin is golden and crispy.

6. Flip the fillets over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
