– 2 small lobster tails
– 2 tablespoons of butter
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Parsley, chopped (optional)


1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place the lobster tails on a cutting board and using kitchen scissors, cut the shell down the center of the back of each tail.
3. Carefully remove the vein, starting at the tail and pulling it out.
4. Spread the cut sides of the lobster tails and place them on a baking sheet.
5. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat and add the garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
6. Pour the garlic butter over the lobster tails.
7. Drizzle the lemon juice over the tails.
8. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
9. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the lobster is cooked through.
10. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
11. Serve warm. Enjoy!
