Ingredients

1 package of Shirataki noodles
1 teaspoon of oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Drain the noodles and rinse them in a colander. This will help remove some of the extra liquid.

2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

3. Add the oil to the pan and swirl it around to coat the bottom.

4. Add the noodles to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

5. Add salt and pepper to taste, if desired.

6. Serve and enjoy!

Tips

1. You can also add vegetables, such as mushrooms and peppers, to the noodles for added flavor and texture.

2. Shirataki noodles can also be boiled for a few minutes before stir-frying for an even softer texture.
