Ingredients for Seafood Boil

4 to 5 quarts of seafood boil seasoning (Old Bay or Zatarain’s are popular options)
4 to 5 pounds of shrimp, crawfish, clams, and/or crab legs
2 to 3 ears of fresh corn, cut into thirds
2 to 3 potatoes, cut into quarters
1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions for Seafood Boil

1. Fill a large pot with 4 to 5 quarts of water and bring to a rolling boil.

2. Add the seafood boil seasoning and stir to combine.

3. Add the potatoes and corn to the pot and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.

4. Add the shrimp, crawfish, clams, and/or crab legs to the pot and cook for an additional 5 to 8 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.

5. Remove from heat and transfer to a large bowl.

6. Add the lemon wedges and serve hot. Enjoy!
