– 4 salmon fillets
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons of fresh herbs (thyme, oregano, and/or rosemary)
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– Salt and pepper, to taste


1. Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat.
2. Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Place the salmon fillets onto the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through.
