Ingredients:
3-4 pounds pork ribs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/3 cup ketchup
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, chili powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
3. Place ribs in a large baking dish. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the ribs and rub it into the meat.
4. In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, tomato paste, and ketchup.
5. Pour the mixture over the ribs and rub it in.
6. Cover the baking dish with foil.
7. Bake for 2 – 2 1/2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
9. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
