1 Rack of Ribs

BBQ Rub or Seasoning of Choice

Barbecue Sauce

Instructions For Grilling Ribs On a Gas Grill

1. Preheat your gas grill to 350°F.

2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. To do this, slide a butter knife under the membrane and then use a paper towel to grab onto it and pull it off.

3. Generously season both sides of the ribs with your favorite BBQ rub or seasoning.

4. Place the ribs on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 hours, turning them over every 30 minutes.

5. After 2-3 hours, the ribs should be tender and cooked through.

6. Brush the ribs with your favorite barbecue sauce and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has caramelized.

7. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
