Ingredients

– 2 to 3 racks of pork ribs
– 1/3 cup of your favorite rib rub
– 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
– 1/4 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce

Instructions

1. Preheat the smoker to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Use a paper towel to remove any excess moisture from the ribs.

3. Sprinkle the ribs on both sides with the rib rub. Make sure to coat the ribs evenly.

4. Place the ribs in the smoker, making sure to arrange them in a single layer.

5. Let the ribs smoke for 2 to 3 hours.

6. After the ribs have been smoking for 2 to 3 hours, wrap them in aluminum foil and add the apple cider vinegar.

7. Let the ribs cook for another hour.

8. After the ribs have cooked for a total of 3 to 4 hours, remove them from the smoker and brush them with the barbecue sauce.

9. Place the ribs back in the smoker and let them cook for another 30 minutes.

10. Remove the ribs from the smoker and serve them with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
