Ingredients

2 pounds pork riblets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dry mustard, ground black pepper, chili powder, cumin, oregano, basil, and sea salt.

2. Add the riblets to the bowl and mix until the riblets are evenly coated with the spice mixture.

3. Place the riblets in a slow cooker.

4. In a medium bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, and chicken broth.

5. Pour the mixture over the riblets and stir to combine.

6. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6-7 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours, until the riblets are fork-tender.

7. Once the riblets are cooked, remove them from the slow cooker and serve. Enjoy!
