How To Cook Quesadillas

Ingredients Needed:

– 8-10 flour tortillas
– 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, monterey jack, pepper jack, etc.)
– 1/2 cup of your favorite salsa
– 1/2 cup of your favorite diced vegetables (bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, etc.)
– 1/4 cup of your favorite diced meats (chicken, beef, etc.)
– Optional: 1/4 cup of your favorite diced olives
– Optional: Any additional seasonings you like (cumin, chili powder, etc.)
– Optional: Sour cream or guacamole for serving


1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place a tortilla on a baking sheet.
3. Sprinkle a thin layer of cheese across the tortilla.
4. Add your desired diced vegetables, meats, and olives.
5. Top with a thin layer of salsa.
6. Sprinkle with a layer of cheese.
7. Top with another tortilla.
8. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the tortillas are lightly browned.
9. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before cutting into wedges.
10. Serve with sour cream or guacamole, if desired.


– You can use any type of tortillas that you like, such as corn tortillas or whole wheat tortillas.
– Feel free to add any additional ingredients that you like, such as diced jalapenos, diced tomatoes, or black beans.
– You can also use flavored cheese, such as taco cheese or nacho cheese.
– If you like your quesadillas extra crispy, you can pre-toast the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for a few minutes before assembling them.
