Ingredients and Utensils Needed

– Prime Rib Roast (3-5 lbs)
– Salt and Pepper
– Olive Oil
– Roasting Pan
– Meat Thermometer

Instructions for Cooking Prime Rib in the Oven

1. Preheat your oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Pat the roast dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
