1 lb ground pork
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup finely diced onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Instructions For Cooking Potstickers

1. In a large bowl, combine the pork, cabbage, carrots, onion, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and white pepper and mix until evenly combined.

4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil.

5. Add the potstickers to the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.

7. Remove the lid and let the remaining water evaporate for about 1 minute.

8. Transfer the potstickers to a plate and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
