– 4 pigs feet
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 tablespoons of butter
– 1 large onion, chopped
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 cups of chicken stock
– 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
– 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
– Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

3. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until they are softened and fragrant, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the pigs feet to the skillet and brown them on all sides, about 10 minutes.

5. Add the chicken stock, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.

6. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

7. Cover the skillet and transfer it to the preheated oven. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the pigs feet are tender.
