Ingredients:
-2 lbs pork neck bones
-Salt and pepper to taste
-1 teaspoon olive oil
-1 onion, chopped
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-3 cups beef stock
-1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
-1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Place neck bones in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
4. Add the neck bones to the skillet and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
5. Pour the beef stock over the neck bones and add the Italian seasoning and Worcestershire sauce.
6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
